Our belief system is the most powerful aspect of our being.  It determines our personality and creates the world that we see.  We will attract people, events and experiences in our lives that correspond with our beliefs.  Our belief system is developed within the first seven years of a child's life, and is life-long.  We inherit our beliefs through our parents and through our perceptions in life.

Research suggests that 50 percent of our personality is inherited by our parents, through genetic inheritance.  This becomes the foundation for who we are.  The remaining 50 percent of our personality is developed by our...

Did you know that the average adult has 60,000 thoughts each day and 95 percent of these thoughts are negative.  So by the time your children reach adulthood, 95 percent of their thoughts may be negative too!  And I know what you are thinking, well luckily that won't be my children.  I give my children everything, any toy they might need, they only have the best clothes, they even have their own computer etc.  But what you are really doing by buying them the whole world is teaching them that emotional satisfaction comes from material possessions, and they will learn to become attached to pysical belongings.  However, what any guru or...

According to Cyndi Dale* there are six primary types of beliefs: Worthiness, Deserving, Power, Value, Love and Goodness.

I Re-member books have been based on the positive aspects of the six primary beliefs that are needed in life.  Each primary belief will exist in its own right and will therefore be the command that will open the doorway to many other secondary beliefs.  For example: "I am worthy of love, I am worthy of happiness, I am worthy of life, I am worthy of my body...."

And every thought, feeling, emotion or experience that you have ever had in your entire life, will be a result of one of these primary...

What is the secret to making positive affirmations or thinking positively more effective?  It is to repeat them frequently with maximum emotions.  Thoughts are simply energy, and it our feelings that we associate with them that sets this energy into motion.  This is like adding fuel to a car so that it can move.  When we add feelings to our thoughts, it is like a signal that we send out to the universe saying that there is an urgency to what we want.  So the more feelings that we associate with our thoughts, the quicker it will happen.

I Re-member books have been based on many years of research and have been designed to give...

Now let me give you an example of a typical belief set into motion and how it will play out in your life.  At least 90% percent of the population hold the belief "I don't deserve love".  You may not be aware of it, but this fear-based belief is planted deep in the subconscious of the human race.  In fact, fear-based beliefs, otherwise known as limiting beliefs, have been governing our Earth and keeping us in a state of fear and lack, for thousands of years.  This is why Earth exists as a world of polarities: good and bad, light and dark, heaven and earth.  As a result of this dual based system, in order for us to experience something...

Everything that we need in life is within us. And if we do not search within and learn to believe in ourselves, then no matter what we do or have, we will always feel incomplete and not satisfied with life. And because we are always trying to satisfy this innermost need of feeling complete, we have become attached to the outer world and physical possessions to try and make us happy. But this gives birth to our ego, and when we feed our ego, it is only a temporary fix. Because the ego is never truly satisfied and always wants more. The ego always puts conditions on things. And this habit will be a very expensive way of living. ...
